Healthy Kids Ohio: The Greater Cincinnati Pilot Learning Collaborative
Welcome to Healthy Kids Ohio:
The Greater Cincinnati Pilot Learning Collaborative
Healthy Kids Ohio is a primary care practice improvement collaborative created to assist practitioners in responding effectively to the epidemic of childhood obesity in Ohio.
The Centers for Health Care Quality and Child Policy Research at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center are currently recruiting primary care practices to participate in this collaborative.
The aim of this collaborative is to assist primary care practices in establishing systems to ensure that every child receives proper preventive care, evaluation, and treatment for pediatric overweight and obesity, and that each child is linked with appropriate community resources.
Participating practices will receive the tools and coaching needed to assist them with implementing changes based on the needs of their practice.
